Native BioData Consortium is an independent and Indigenous research and biorepository located on an American Indian sovereign nation and under the jurisdiction of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.
Our mission is to strengthen sovereignty and empower tribes through Native-led education, community outreach, research, and stewardship of Indigenous data. We work directly with individual tribes providing consultation and biodata storage services to support self-governance and economic empowerment.
Our work is tribal community-based and tribal community driven.
